Welcome to the Scripted Faith Collective! By subscribing to our template club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a member.
1. Membership Overview
The Scripted Faith Collective is a digital template subscription providing members with access to monthly hand lettering designs and a growing library of past designs. Membership is intended for personal use, creative expression, and crafting, not for redistribution or resale of the templates themselves.
2. License and Usage
When you subscribe to the Scripted Faith Collective, you are granted a license to use the templates under the following terms:You may use the designs for: A. Personal use (crafting, gifts, journaling, home decor, etc.) B. Limited commercial use while your membership is active (creating physical, handmade products to sell such as signs, mugs, cards, etc.) C. Commercial use is allowed only for small batch, handmade physical products. You may not: Sell or share the digital files in any form; use the designs in digital products, downloads, or print-on-demand services; claim the designs as your own; or modify and resell them as templates or clipart.
Commercial rights are valid only while your membership is active. If your membership ends, you retain personal-use rights to downloaded files, but you may no longer sell items made with those designs.
3. Payments and Billing
Membership is billed monthly or yearly depending on your choice, recurring automatically until canceled. All prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds are issued for past payments or partial months.
5. Content Availability
As long as your membership is active, you’ll have access to the current and past templates in the Scripted Faith Collective library. If your membership ends: A. You lose access to the template library. B. You retain the right to use any templates you downloaded while your membership was active for personal use only. C. You no longer have permission to sell, reproduce, or distribute any products made with those templates. Commercial use rights expire when your membership ends.
6. Intellectual Property
All templates and content within the Scripted Faith Collective are the intellectual property of Krystal Whitten and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is a violation of these rights.
7. Community Standards
Members are expected to treat one another with kindness, grace, and respect. Any harmful behavior may result in removal from the community without refund.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or site notice.
